About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Identify communication optimization ideas and proof them by planning and rolling out AB tests, analyze results and define next steps always with a customer centric mindset- Be up-to-date with digital trends driving engagement and sales by managing exciting digital experiences- Ensure SEO best practices for content ranking well in search engines and generating organic traffic- Benchmark and analyze onsite customer behavior to better understand the needs and preferences of our online users- Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and tools to make data-driven improvements- Perform strong stakeholder management ensuring alignment between creative team, CRM, Operations, Performance Marketing and others- Evaluating digital marketing campaigns and driving optimized results

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree/ Education, preferably in a related field (Business, Marketing)- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with agency partners- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude- Proficient in English (presentation and communication skills)
