**About the job**:

- Create an extensive understanding of the data and analytical landscape and work with relevant stakeholders on improvements and dashboards for the campaign team
- Develop strategy and implement consumer segmentation and targeted marketing
- Evaluate any local adaptation requested within the communication strategies ensuring Market Activation Plan consistency
- Mapping key needs and co-create campaign management agenda, assess impact on other stakeholders
- Driving Test & Learn campaign approach
- Support an omnichannel growth
- Support global projects and other major department initiatives

**About you**
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- Degree in business administration / marketing / data engineering, commercial education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a related role, preferably within Luxury or Fashion sector
- High IT affinity combined with sound know-how of MS Office, knowledge on SAP BW, SAS and/or GCP
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills, a team player who is collaborative and flexible with result driven working attitude and an ability to deal with continuous change
- Excellent analytical and methodological approach
- Experience in working with agencies and other stakeholders
- Fluency in English - German or any additional languages would be an advantage
