Digital Performance Trainee

As a Digital Performance Trainee you will help optimizing our digital performance for 30+ markets, driving real business impact. You will optimize and scale our landing pages for advertising, analyze performance and present your findings. You will be part of a wider team responsible for all digital platforms and you will interact often with digital advertising managers, developers and designers.

**As an EF Digital Performance Trainee, you will...**
- Review and optimize landing pages for Paid Search advertising
- Coordinate the roll-out of new pages with the advertising managers
- Monitor and report on key metrics
- Create and manage A/B tests and present results
- Analyze global campaigns’ performance and share recommendations
- Be part of innovative key projects

**Desired skills and experience**
- A passion for digital marketing and advertising, an entrepreneurial spirit and a creative mind
- BSc degree or studies in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English required, any other language is a plus
- Google certification and Basic coding experience are pluses
- Be able to work in Switzerland (a European passport holder or Swiss work permit holder)
