Digital Designer

**Role Overview**:
Joining **Nexoom** as our **Digital Designer**, you will work closely with all members of the Marketing team and report to the Marketing Director on a weekly basis.

In this role, your responsibilities will include creating and executing concepts and graphics for **digital environments**. Additionally, you will be accountable for the physical designs of exhibition booths, merchandise, and any printed marketing materials.

You will be contributing to two different brands with two different visual identities. The first for a digital entertainment company specialising in influencer marketing, the second specialising in live multi streaming related to gaming, music and sports verticals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all visual content aligns with the brand's identity and guidelines.
- Cross functional Collaboration: Working closely on a daily basis with Content Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Influencer Relations & Campaign Manager and Social & Community Manager to fulfil the different design requests. You will also be collaborating closely with other teams such as commercial and product to ensure the design content supports overall business goals and campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Staying updated with the latest software and technologies in graphic design. This entails expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva Pro, Figma, and any other useful design tools.
- Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Feedback Incorporation: Receiving and effectively incorporating feedback from team members, stakeholders, or clients to refine and improve the digital content.
- Research and Trends: Keeping abreast of the latest trends in digital design to ensure that the content remains fresh and relevant.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, AfterEffects, InDesign), and any other design related software.
- Graphic Design Abilities: Strong graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and visual details is primordial.
- Web Design and Multimedia Software: Familiarity with web design principles and multimedia software is beneficial.
- Knowledge and expertise in **HTML5** for programmatic advertising is a plus.
- Video Production Skills: Knowledge of video production is a plus.
- Animation and Motion Graphics: Ability to create engaging animations and motion graphics is a plus.
- Artificial Intelligence openness: Seeking the help of AI tools and interested in understanding and making use of them to improve work flow and potential.
- Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative thinking skills to develop engaging and original content.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is key.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english (Spanish is a plus) for effective collaboration and understanding project requirements.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to troubleshoot and solve issues related to design production.
- Social Media Savvy: Understanding of social media trends and how to optimise content for different platforms is a massive plus.

**Educational and Professional Requirements**:

- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, film, animation, or a related field is often preferred.
- Work Experience: Experience in a similar role, demonstrating skills in graphic design, brand identity, illustration and other relevant areas. Ideally 3-5 years of experience.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects.
