Aufgaben

Integriert in ein aufgestelltes, motivierendes Team sind Sie in dieser Schlüsselfunktion für die vollständige Abwicklung von spannenden, grossen Kundenprojekten von A-Z selbstständig

**mit folgenden Hauptaufgaben verantwortlich**:

- Organisation von See
- und Luftfrachtsendungen sowie Überwachung von Vor
- und Nachläufen (Gestellungen mit verschiedenen Verkehrsträgern)
- Komplette Auftragsabwicklung mit internationalen Transportunternehmen
- Korrespondieren und kommunizieren mit ausländischen Geschäftspartnern, Kunden, Reedereien und Agenten sowie Bearbeitung branchenüblicher Dokumente
- Aktenerfassung, Abrechnen abgeschlossener Sendungen sowie Rechnungskontrolle
- Erstellen von Kalkulationen, Ratenvergleichen und Offerten
- Erarbeitung von kreativen Lösungswegen für anspruchsvolle Speditionsanfragen, um nachhaltig Kundenwünsche zu erfüllen
- Durchführen von Rentabilitäts
- und Vollständigkeitskontrolle

pro Transportauftrag und Abklärungen mit operativen Abteilungen

Qualifikation

Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau - Erfahrung in See
- und Luftfracht - sehr gute D/E-Kenntnisse - dienstleistungs
- und kundenorientiert - engagiert und motiviert

Als aufgeschlossene, speditive Persönlichkeit mit kommunikativen Skills und hohen Qualitätsansprüchen erfüllen Sie folgendes Profil:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskauffrau/-mann
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, insbesondere in der See
- und Luftfracht
- engagiert, ambitioniert, achtsam und integrierend mit Charme und Drive
- aufgeschlossen, interessiert mit ausgeprägtem Servicedenken und lösungsorientiertem Arbeiten (Out-Of-The-Box-Thinking)
- Umsichtige Persönlichkeit mit kommunikativen Skills, intrinsischer Motivation, Verhandlungsgeschick und interkultureller Erfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, schriftlich und mündlich, jede weitere Sprache willkommen, insbesondere Französisch
- Erfahrung und/oder hohe Affinität zu IT-Themen herzlich willkommen
