Bioscientific Project Manager
Location: Basel-Pensum: 80%
Duration: 2 years
To support a multicenter project (worldwide) collecting imaging data for MS patient, we are looking for a Project Manager/Coordinator. This person’s responsibility will be coordinating the centers (6 across the world), keeping the project on track with timelines, collecting data, organizing and analyzing it before redistributing to the correct center. We need someone with previous proven project management experience and experience working in research (involved in data management, collection, analysis ).
**Responsibilities**:
- Project management of an international, multi-site biomarker project
- Arranging scientific meetings, adjudicating comments on minutes, writing and finalizing minutes
- Updating and maintaining documents on scientific projects (slide decks, websites, spreadsheets )
- Keeping track of action items and communication needs related to scientific projects
- Support for collaborations with international Health Care Providers (communication, contracting)
- Support contracting for observational biomarker studies
- Support protocol writing for scientific studies
- Correspondence for scientific studies
- Literature reviews
Must Haves:
- Previous experience in project management / coordination: working with multiple workflows, large complex networks
- Scientific education (min Bs/Ms)
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry
**Job Types**: Part-time, 80-100%
