**Data Management Assistant (50-60% taux d'activité)**

**RESPONSABILITES**:

- Attribuer et générer les références-produits pour garantir l’identification précise des produits ainsi que l'association de leur nomenclature conformément aux règles établies de codification et de classification.
- Assurer l'exactitude des données techniques et commerciales des produits créés ou modifiés.
- Maintenir et actualiser la base de données des produits pour informer les services concernés.
- Analyser les commandes et les demandes d’offres entrantes (non explicites), afin de transmettre aux services commerciaux des produits valides et conformes aux besoins clients.
- Établir des listes de références structurées intégrant des données technico-commerciales afin de faciliter une analyse commerciale rapide, notamment pour l'élaboration des listes de prix.
- Contribuer à la maintenance des règles de codification et de classification en fournissant une documentation exhaustive et actuelle, ainsi qu'en recommandant des actions correctives lorsque cela est nécessaire.
- Maintenir des connaissances précises sur les activités du département en gardant une proximité avec les services afin d'assurer une bonne collaboration et connaissance produits.
- Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs définis par la Data Gouvernance et ceux du département.
- Assurer le suivi de l’obsolescence des produits selon les critères définis.

**PROFIL**:

- CFC employé.e de commerce ou équivalent.
- Une première expérience professionnelle en gestion de base de données d'un ERP, par exemple SAP, est souhaitée.
- De nature minutieux (se), curieux(se) et proactif(ve).
- Attrait pour le travail d’équipe et intérêt pour les domaines techniques et chimiques
- Capacité à communiquer facilement avec différents interlocuteurs, gérer les priorités de manière efficace, ainsi que les situations d'urgence lorsqu'elles se présentent.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants MS Office
- Français langue maternelle, Anglais niveau avancé.
