We are now looking for our new Department Manager (M/F/d) for our first store in Zurich

**Job Description**:
**The role**

Your main responsibilities include:

- Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales.
- You work closely with our Visual Merchandisers to create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers.
- Continuously follow up sales reports and KPIs.
- You take responsibility for developing your team and constantly improving your department, always focusing on the customer and results.
- Always act as Sales Advisor on the floor and be a role model for customer service.

**We are looking for**
- You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.
- You enjoy working with a diverse team.
- You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise yours and your team’s work.
- You like creating structure, working with numbers and analysing of sales figures.
- You are flexible and able to adapt to different circumstances.
- You have experience in working in a high traffic retail environment, managing a team and providing a high level of customer service.
