**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:

- Verbesserung der Produktionsabläufe entlang der gesamten Lieferkette
- Betreuung und Empowerment von Schlüsselbenutzern in Organisationen
- Leitung von Teilprojekten in IT- und Organisationsentwicklungsprojekten
- Anwendung innovativer Methoden des Requirement Engineerings für präzise Erfassung, Analyse und Verwaltung von Projektanforderungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von ITIL-Prozessen und gesetzlichen Richtlinien (einschließlich GMP gemäß 21CFR Part 11, DSGVO)
- Schulung und Support von IT-Systembenutzern, umfassende Begleitung bei herausfordernden Anfragen
- Aufbau und fachliche Betreuung von Schlüsselbenutzern sowie lokalen und globalen Prozessverantwortlichen
- Bereitstellung von Second-Level-Support in enger Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Modulbetreuern
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von umfassender Systemdokumentation sowie Qualitätsdokumenten und Schulungsmaterialien

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- HF/FH Technische Weiterbildung
- SAP Kurse
- Verhandlungssicheres English
