CSL Behring is recruiting for a Product Analytical Owner to join the global QC Analytical Technology team.

Working as part of a integrated, global team, the Product Analytical Owner will have responsibility for the oversight of the analytical strategy for a portfolio of CSL Behring products. The Product Analytical Owner will oversee the implementation of efficient, harmonized and robust analytical control strategies for late phase Clinical and Commercial products and achieve innovation and optimization of analytical strategies across the CSL network.

**Your responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Global Head of QC Analytical Technology, and as senior member of the QC Analytical Technology leadership team the Product Analytical Owner will support the professional and technical development of the global QC team.

**Your qualification and experience**:

- B.Sc. or equivalent technical degree. Post graduate qualification (Masters or Ph.D.) preferred
- At least 10 years’ relevant industry experience in analytical development and cGMP QC
- Extensive analytical and process experience
- Experience with analytical method lifecycle, across both clinical and commercial products
- Demonstrated experience working and influencing within and across departments and levels
- Demonstrated skills in interpersonal communication, delegation, and decision-making.
- Skills in networking, matrix leadership and collaboration.
- Experience with interaction with FDA or other regulatory bodies.
- Possess a knowledge of quality systems and quality risk management
- Project Management experience
