**EINFÜHRUNG**:For our client located in Bern, we are looking for an individual as

**Product Owner**:
(permanent, full time) The earliest start date is as soon as possible.

**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:

- Responsible for identifying the right user needs aligned with the business goals under your responsibility, related to the Loyalty programs in use in physical & online pharmacies
- analyze and optimize the digital functionalities based on the collected data, user flows and user needs, collaborating closely with UX experts and the developers of your Agile team
- Developing product strategies for a better customer experience in collaboration with the product manager and internal experts
- Ensure your Team Backlog is ready for all SAFe and Scrum ceremonies, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements
- Validation of the work done by your Agile team at the Sprint review including the demo to stakeholders at the Inspect & Adapt
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of your Agile team by participating actively and openly in its Retrospectives
- Ensure the successful deployment in production at the right timing from a business & operational perspective together with the Release Manager

**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:

- University degree in Computer Science, System of Information, Engineering or Science
- Several years of professional experience in the development of digital products within the Agile culture
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and extensive knowledge of the Scrum framework and respect the Agile work culture
- The customer's needs are at the center of your thinking
- Working language is mainly English and German or French knowledge is a must
