As part of our Taste & Wellbeing Global Content, Communications and Brand Team, you will help support the governance of our product portfolio including product naming creation and brand strategy for the division. In parallel, you will support the events manager in the execution of our internal and external events and main activities associated with it.

We are looking for a motivated Brand & Events manager with a customer-centric mindset to support building brand awareness for Taste & Wellbeing, helping us deliver brand experiences and lead consistency and structure in our portfolio of products. This position can be based in any site in Europe with preference Kemptthal. You will report directly to the Global Brand Director.

**You will**:
**Brand**
- Support product portfolio governance activities incl. product naming creation, legal trademarks management, training and resources creation
- Manage implementation of divisional M&A brand transition plan
- Support in delivering brand strategy guidance to T&W business stakeholders

**Events and tradeshows**
- Support Events manager and T&W regional communication team in organizing internal and external events and tradeshows.
- Identify and support global growth platforms with targeted thought leadership events.
- Help evolve our events and tradeshow management following the our goals (WoW, processes, tools and tactics)

**You have**:

- University degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- 8+ years' experience in communications and brand management within an marketing / communications agency and/or within a corporate environment ; experience in B2B and/or food and beverage related industries an advantage
- Experience in trade shows and events management is an advantage
- Track-record in engaging with multi-stakeholders across a matrix organization, virtual project teams and agencies
- Project management skills with a 'can do' attitude
- Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
