As our events & community manager you can shape the event experience of our community and ensure unique experiences across all customer groups
**Your mission**:
- You lead all external Events in Switzerland including exhibitions, (Food) Festivals, and the crew of the Planted Foodtruck.
- You identify, plan and execute a roadmap for strategic events, from both financial and brand perspectives.
- You align closely with the marketing team on the overall Marketing plan for Switzerland.
- You create an ambassador strategy and identify and maintain strong relationships and agreements with athletes, chefs, food bloggers and influencers.
- You plan and execute Events & Activations for the press, influencers & our communities.
- You plan creative, informative, and fun Social Media content that is tailored to the Planted community in cooperation with the global digital team.
**You**:
- Are fluent in English and German (both written and spoken), French is a big plus
- Are familiar with the Events landscape in Switzerland and its possibilities for Planted to grow as a brand.
- Are a leader with a hands-on mentality and experience in the events & hospitality sector.
- Are passionate about working independently, and developing new ideas and initiatives.
- Are an excellent project manager: you coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Love to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Are able to set priorities in order to achieve goals from both a financial and brand perspective.
- Are very comfortable with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
