Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Fachliche Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Entwicklung von jährlichen und langfristigen nationalen Geschäftsbereichsstrategien
- Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Strategieerreichung durch Vertriebsmanagement
- Erstellung des nationalen Geschäftsplans
- Kosten-, Umsatz
- und Personalplanung sowie Ergebniserreichung
- Sicherstellung und Einhaltung von Vertriebsprozessen und -instrumenten
- Regelmässige Team
- und Mitarbeiterbesprechungen (einschliesslich Zielvereinbarungen)
- Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Kollegen
- Personal
- und Ressourcenplanung
- Endverantwortung für die Erreichung der Ziele in allen Geschäftsbereichen
- Enge Abstimmung mit Fronius International

Führungsaufgaben und Verantwortung
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für alle organisatorisch zugewiesenen Mitarbeiter gemäss den Fronius Führungsgrundsätzen
- Vertriebsmanagement und Führung der Mitarbeiter in allen Geschäftsbereichen
- Führung und Entwicklung des Personals (Rekrutierung, Schulung, Jahresgespräche usw.)
- Grundlegende Verantwortung für die Arbeitssicherheit und den Gesundheitsschutz Ihrer Mitarbeiter sowie für den Umweltschutz in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
- Umsetzung von Aufgaben aus dem Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystem

Anforderungen
- Ausbildung zum Elektroniker oder Elektroinstallateur (EFZ)
- Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb sowie im Projektmanagement und Teamführung
- Präsentations
- und Moderationstechniken
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Kommunikatives und repräsentatives Auftreten
- Unternehmerisches Denken, strategisches Handeln und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft (Führerschein zwingend)
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Grundkenntnisse sowohl in Französisch und Italienisch in Wort und Schrift
