As the Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by building and leading a high-performing sales team, fostering strategic partnerships, and scaling revenue across multiple industries and regions.
Tasks
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with CORE’s growth objectives, focusing on key market segments such as sports, healthcare, and research.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand into new markets and geographies, working closely with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to regional needs.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage CRM tools and analytics to monitor performance, forecast sales, and refine strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics, positioning CORE as a leader in wearable health technology.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the wearable technology, healthcare, or sports industries.
- Exceptional ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that deliver measurable results.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation and technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
