**Intern Medical Information**

**PURPOSE**

Support medical information activities within local Medical Information Team:

- Entry of medical inquiries in the global medical inquiry database
- Involvement in maintenance of Standard Response Documents (SRDs) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Handling of simple customer inquiries [both from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Non-Healthcare Professionals (Non-HCPs)] from the Swiss market.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Compliant entry of medical inquiries and associated data in the global medical inquiry database.
- Creation and maintenance of SRDs and FAQs in collaboration with senior members of the Medical Information Team.
- Actively listen to customers and address questions in a specific and tailored manner while ensuring that responses are of supreme scientific value and in line with Medical Governance principles.
- Main focus on the therapeutic areas Cardiovascular Treatment, Women’s Health, Men’s Health and Established products.

**WHO YOU ARE**

Bachelor´s or Master’s degree in human medicine or other science oriented studies (e.g. pharmacy, biology, veterinary medicine). Advanced degree in science-related field preferred.

Technical skills:

- Strong scientific background
- Proven ability to analyze scientific literature

Personal skills:

- Cooperative teamplayer
- Superb communication skills
- Organizational talent and capacity to act independently
- High degree of self-motivation, resilience and endurance
- Reliability
- Good sense of humor

Basic knowledge of regulations (local and global) or strong motivation to acquire the respective expertise.

Computer skills
- MS Office
- affinity for technical tools

Language skills (spoken and written):

- German
- English
