Under its 21Shares brand, Amun is the world's largest issuer of crypto exchange-traded
products (ETPs). The 21Shares suite of ETPs has simplified access to crypto for both
institutional and retail investors in the traditional finance community. In a similar fashion,
Amun aims to provide tokens that will make it easy for the crypto community to access
sophisticated strategies that are not otherwise readily available in this space. Amun 21Shares is a
team of entrepreneurs, engineers, and financial product developers who are uniquely
placed to revolutionize cryptocurrency investing through the issuance of our broad range
of tokens. Our goal is to make these tokens present a new paradigm in cryptocurrency
investing and to facilitate their use.

**About The Role**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Recruit and manage a world-class administrative, workplace and information technology teams, including regional office managers, facilities managers, IT managers, and other support staff.
- Create a global administrative, workplace and information technology roadmap (including office development, health and safety, and security) and lead teams to execute against this roadmap
- Collaborate with executives and senior leadership across the organization to identify and deliver the required administrative and workplace support
- Develop and maintain global and regional administrative policies and procedures, ensuring productivity and efficiency across company workflows
- Establish the objectives, scope of service, structure, staffing, work methods, and performance standards for workplace, IT and executive administration teams
- Build and manage an executive administration team that provides maximum leverage for our executives and supports our organization.

**What You Need To Be Great In This Role**:

- 5+ years of work experience in developing comprehensive administrative and workplace strategies for fast-growing and global companies
- General understanding of identity management, security concepts, networking, cloud architecture, and other IT-related areas.
- Proven ability to run and deliver results on large-scale, including the management of complex projects across several departments and regions under tight deadlines through rigorous planning and ruthless prioritization
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and drive the team to outstanding results
- Experience building and managing lean teams with outsized company impact

This position must be based in New York or Zurich and be comfortable working in an hybrid model from our office in either location.
