**Head of ATM/ANS Compliance and Assurance (80-100%)**:
**Your mission**:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of Air Traffic Management/Air Navigation Services Compliance and Assurance to lead the Compliance and Technical Assurance Division on behalf of the Chief Safety and Security Officer. This is a strategic role that requires a proactive approach to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.

**Your tasks**:

- Formulate the ATM/ANS compliance and technical assurance vision and strategy, and lead the planning and implementation of processes and tools to ensure compliance with national and international standards
- Analyze and anticipate the evolution of ATM/ANS regulations and assess their impact on Skyguide processes and working methods
- Ensure that ATM/ANS compliance and technical assurance documentation is adequately maintained and complies with applicable regulations
- Advise the Chief Safety and Security Officer and his direct managers on process, quality and compliance concerns within the ATM/ANS and technical assurance domain
- Closely interact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, in particular the engineering and operation departments, the quality and corporate compliance teams and the Federal Office of Civil Aviation

**What we are looking for**:

- Master degree in Engineering or equivalent education, or Air Traffic Control background
- Recognized experience as Operational, Technical or Safety manager in an Air Navigation Services Provider environment
- Practical experience with Single European Sky Regulatory Framework
