The team should strive to streamline operations to drive continuous improvement to the client experience and drive growth to GPB bottom line.

**What you will do**:
The overall objective of the Head of CLM PBRSG role is to enable the delivery of the entire Onboarding and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) services proposition across CLM activities performed across locations, mainly:

- Team Productivity and Priority management
- Team engagment and coordination
- Stakeholder Management
- Adherence to CDD guidelines and risk appetite
- CDD Key Control Indicator metrics within risk appetite
- Customer satisfaction

**The role holder will be responsible for**
- Direct and Indirect People Management duties for the CLM analysts assigned to a specific pool of activities (Onboarding or Periodic and event Driven reviews or CDD modifications).
- Acting as a primary escalation point of contact CLM Analysts, Front Office, in addition to day to day prioritization and operational support
- Ensuring consistency and simplification across CLM activities
- Deputizing the Head of Onboarding and Customer Due Diligence whenever required or needed

**In this role you will**:
The role holder will have to build deep knowledge and understanding of Private Banking and work closely with the business and delivery teams to ensure priorities are aligned with resource availability and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.:

- Manage the expectations and demands of a multi-faceted business, and multiple stakeholders within a matrix-managed organization, whilst delivering improved service.
- Ensure continual improvement whilst maintaining full regulatory compliance across all businesses.
- Maintain and enhance industry-leading service, engaged and working closely with the business community.
- Provide advisory and operational support to front office (RMs/ROs/CSEs/BMs) staff for all prospect and/or customers
- Work closely with all stakeholders and team members to measure, manage and improve the service proposition.
- Ensure a strong focus on continuous improvement is followed to realize efficiencies and enhance the service proposition.
- Continue to seek opportunities to improve cost efficiencies whilst maintaining and improving service levels
- Close partnership with the Business in order to shape and agree the service proposition which could include: MI management, agreement on processing time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a B.A. degree or relevant work experience
- Exhaustive and proven working knowledge of AML, regulatory compliance and controls within the Swiss Private Banking or financial services industry
- Experience as people manager
- Experienced in due diligence activities (screening and researches)
- AML certifications (i.e: ACAMS or Vision Compliance or similar) a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and management
- Experienced in roles involving client facing activities (i.e.: meetings)
- Can-do and problem solving attitude
- At ease under pressure and demonstrating good resilience
- Strong teamwork initiative
- Skilled IT user with a capacity to adapt to new or complex tools and use efficiently all usual software suit (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.)
- Flexible and accountable: Open (to different ideas and cultures), dependable (by doing the right thing and take personal accountability) and Connected (with our clients, providers, regulators and colleagues by demonstrating collaboration and respect)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken, other languages are a plus
- International profile with practice in another countries and multi-cultural experience is a plus
