Product Manager Suncare (m/w)

Aufgaben

In dieser anspruchsvollen Funktion

**sind Sie u.a verantwortlich für**:

- P/L-Verantwortung für die Category Suncare im Markt Schweiz
- Proaktives Produkt
- und Sortiments-Management: Sicherstellen einer markt
- und zielgruppengerechten wie auch konkurrenzfähigen Sortimentsgestaltung
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung attraktiver und kundenspezifischer Produktkonzepteim Bereich Personal Care
- Umfassende und regelmässige Markt
- und Sortimentsanalysen (u.a. Nielsen) und daraus abgeleitet konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen vorschlagen
- Planung, Durchführung und Koordination von Produkteinführungen: Zusammenarbeit mit F&E, Verpackungsentwicklung, Produktion
- Erstellen und regelmässige Aktualisierung der Business Pläne, sowohl quantitativ als auch qualitativ
- Regelmässige Kundenbesuche bei grossen Handelspartnern, Präsentationen und Verhandlungen vor Ort bei den Kunden
- Erstellung und Durchführung des Marketing Mix in Zusammenarbeit mit den Handelspartnern
- Konkurrenzanalysen
- Store Checks
- Verantwortung für übergeordnete Projekte im Bereich Mass Market
- Regelmässiger Erfahrungsaustausch mit den internationalen Schwestergesellschaften

Qualifikation

Wir erwarten von Ihnen einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Studienabschluss sowie substantielle Marketing-, Category
- oder Verkaufs-Erfahrung in einem FMCG Unternehmen. Zudem bringen Sie Leidenschaft für Kosmetik mit und ein gutes Gespür für Trends im Schweizer Retail-Markt.

Sie sind eine unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, welche
strukturiert vorgeht, kreative Ideen entwickelt, Bestehendes hinterfragt und mit dem nötigen Durchsetzungsvermögen die Umsetzung
vorantreibt. Sie verstehen es, komplexe Sachverhalte zu strukturieren,
Prioritäten zu setzen und systematisch sowie zielgerichtet vorzugehen. Zudem gelingt es Ihnen, dank ihrer sozialen Kompetenz mit unterschiedlichsten Ansprechpartnern erfolgreich zusammenzuarbeiten.
