Aufgaben

Kundenbetreuung, First
- und Second-Level-Support, Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung und Versionen-Management, Umsetzen von Projekten, Durchführung von Schulungen und Erstellung von Dokumentationen

Qualifikation

Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder technische Berufsausbildung mit kaufmännischem Hintergrund, Erfahrung in einem Handels
- oder Garagenbetrieb von Vorteil, Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit einer Branchenlösung, gutes technisches Verständnis, SQL und Datenbanken Kenntnisse von Vorteil, Bereitschaft für Aussendienst-Tätigkeiten, Beratungs
- und Organisationsflair, Erfahrung im First und Second Level Support von Vorteil, gute Sprachkenntnisse in D/F
