**Your main tasks**:

- Sales and marketing of new machines and spare parts
- Maintaining existing customers and acquiring new customers in Switzerland
- Preparation of offers, drafting of contracts as well as negotiations up to the conclusion of contracts within the framework of the group specifications
- Increase our share of wallet with existing customers
- Increase market share in the sales territory in general
- Developing and implementing the market development strategy in consultation with the Country Leader ROBUSCHI Germany Switzerland
- Supporting the market launch of new products
- Technical and commercial support for customers

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 or more years of equivalent experience in a sales role for a manufacturing company may be used in place of degree.
- Previous experience in sales of products similar to ROBUSCHI’s;
- ability to juggle multiple accounts and customers required, consistent follow-up is a key component for the successful incumbent.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German, French, Italian and English language necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

**ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE**:

- The role reports to ROBUSCHI’s Country Leader Germany & Switzerland, should be based in Switzerland and works from Homeoffice.
