**What it's about**

Are you passionate about fostering a positive work environment and supporting both employees and leadership in navigating complex HR matters? We're seeking a skilled HR Partner to join our team and play a crucial role in managing employee relations and growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Advise and support line managers and employees on all HR-related topics.
- Manage the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Handle complex employee cases, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Develop and optimize HR processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvement measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.

**What we expect**
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, with 8+ years of experience in employee relations and growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with line managers and employees while handling sensitive information.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee cases and develop effective solutions for a positive work environment.
- Collaborative approach to work with data analysts on HR metrics and strong documentation skills for employee development.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders, including leadership and legal teams, to ensure effective HR operations.
- Adaptability to manage multiple tasks throughout the employee life cycle, fostering continuous improvement.
