Currently headquartered at Biotechnopark in Zurich, Switzerland, we are rapidly expanding our teamand are looking for talented and creative individuals, driven by patient outcomes, to join us. Our team is passionate about building a new generation of durable genetic medicines for life-threatening diseases while pushing forward the frontiers of gene therapy.

**About the Role**:
The successful

This 6-month assignment is created to support our growth and can be extended according to our needs. We are looking for someone who is available immediately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet company's workforce needs and goals
- Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board and websites partners
- Collaborating with our teams on an on-boarding plan
- Participating actively in various projects related to human resources (e.g., culture and values program, annual performance cycle, time management system, etc.)

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Strong experience in recruitment, ideally in a scientific field (pharmaceutical or biotech company)
- Experience in a fast-paced environment or at least highly motivated to join such a dynamic environment
- Experience as an active member of projects and having led projects is a plus
- Experience in other HR areas welcome (administration, payroll, insurance)
- Strong written and verbal communicator in English, German is an asset
