**The opportunity**

Join our HR team as an HR Operations Generalist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of key HR processes and operations. From maintaining accurate employee records and supporting recruitment activities to coordinating onboarding, payroll, and compliance efforts, making a meaningful impact on both day-to-day operations and our company’s mission to create a thriving workplace. **Your key responsibilities**
- Maintain and manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Organize new hire orientations, manage onboarding checklists, and assist with offboarding processes.
- Support payroll preparation and address related inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to Swiss labor laws and company policies.
- Support routine HR inquiries, improving people & culture policies.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Contribute to streamlining HR processes and ensuring operational efficiency.
**Requirements**
**What you need to bring to the role**
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
- Familiarity with Swiss employment regulations and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Swiss working permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
