Currently we are looking for a Repair center Associate, for a temp. mission of 6 months, who can join our department in Geneva Switzerland.

At this position, you will be responsible to work for the External repair center project. You will be in charge to define the process for external repair center and create the documentation associated. You will be in interaction with internal and external organizations and you will be responsible to coordinate quality actions. Fosters positive relationships with supporting functional areas to resolve product and process issues and drive continuous improvement. Must be committed to corporate goals of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Establish a Quality process flow to manage external repair center.
- Create the documentation required to deploy the Quality Management System in External repair center.
- Coordinate and execute the Quality actions to meet the requirements in a timely manner.
- Determine whether emergency actions are required.
- Perform follow up as required to obtain necessary information.
- Provide directions to internal and external personnel on issues related to complaints.
- Ensuring that documentation is complete, comprehensible and conforms to the regulation requirements.
- Lead projects to roll-out repair center activities to further locations worldwide.
- Follow-up and coordinate activities cross-functionally with participating project team members.
- Identifying information and process flow improvements within the internal repair center and develop action plans to reduce cost and leadtime and to improve quality of services.
- Support external repair centers with their requests and coordinate the reply internally.
- Supervise that process changes and updates within the internal repair center are communicated to all external repair centers.
- Assure with quality that standards and procedures are followed within all repair activities.

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- High School diploma or Bachelor degree in _/Marketing/Communications/Engineering or similar._
- Experience in writing procedures/work instructions.and repairs

**Travel Requirements**:

- Up to 15 %_
