Associate Presales Solutions Architect

As an Associate Presales Solutions Architect, you will take on the challenge of learning and developing into the role of a Presales Solutions Architect. You independently start working on smaller customer projects by supporting the sales team in technical solution designs. We support you on this journey by providing you with an experienced Presales as a mentor, whom you can support with your experience and passion for technology, your high intrinsic motivation, and your ability to work in a team.

Key responsibilities- You are supporting the sales team in developing and implementing specific account penetration strategies and technical sales plans- You start to conduct customer needs and analyze requirements to build the fundament for solutions beyond expectations- You will support the development of responses to critical customer requests- Start to architect and document solutions and services by leveraging the DELL TECHNOLOGIES portfolio to meet customer objectives- Delivering impactful presentations- Build up your knowledge of DELL TECHNOLOGIES solutions and competition to effectively address and dispel customer objections

Skills Requirements:
- You have previous experience with data center technologies including CI/HCI infrastructure, storage, servers, networking, DR/Business Recovery best practices, operations, etc.- You have a basic know-how in VMware virtualization and SDDC solutions- You are passionate about delivering inspiring presentations- You are a self-motivated and proactive individual and understand the importance of a strong sense of urgency as demonstrated by your ability to drive customer demand- Language requirements: French (native) and English
