**Role + Responsibilities**
- Developing a product vision that aligns with our company's strategic objectives and ensures growth opportunities
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders and customers to understand market needs and quantify customer value
- Crafting a strategic roadmap and executing the product strategy to deliver exceptional customer value
- Managing the product backlog, balancing innovation, maintenance, and technical enhancements
- Assessing of value, guiding the development squad with impactful stories and priorities in frequent release cycles
- Championing agile methodologies and ensuring the efficient execution of value-driven release cycles
- Handling roadblocks to ensure sprint goals are met seamlessly
- Leading product-releases and collaborating with sales and product management colleagues to drive successful Go-To-Market plans
- Acting as a product ambassador both internally and externally, sharing knowledge and insights Remain up to date on trends and best practices in our industries and for agile project management
**Qualification + Profile**
- Five or more years of experience in product development and management, particularly within the SaaS domain
- A master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of translating business value into impactful product features and functions
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and a successful track record in product management
- Product Owner Certification is optional, yet highly valued
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and lateral leadership skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to creatively solve complex problems
- A knack for effectively managing the needs of diverse stakeholders Fluency in English, both written and spoken
