Customer Experience

Teads are looking for a customer experience (AdOps) intern to join our amazing team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a member of our operations team, you will help manage advertising campaigns and maintain relationships with advertisers and agencies.
**Activation and Delivery**
- Help with the setup of online advertising campaigns
- Assist in performance reports and post-campaign analysis
- Understand clients' objectives and KPIs and optimize towards these for optimum campaign performance
- Help with the monitoring of campaigns to ensure full delivery
- Create programmatic Deal Ids
- Get involved in pre-sales support
**Qualifications**
- You are passionate about the world of online advertising, and you want to have a first experience in campaign management
- Currently studying (Bachelor or Master degree) and you are looking for a 6 months Internship
- You are organized and autonomous
- You demonstrate a good sense of analysis
- You have some business sense and good relationship skills
- Basic knowledge on the advertising landscape
- Fluent German and English is mandatory
