We are hiring a
**Head Accounting and Reporting **(f/m/d)
**Key tasks**:
- Lead the accounting and reporting team- Responsible for the accounting of the Swiss headquarter
- Lead the accounting of the European and Asian subsidiaries
- Prepare month end reconciliations and variance analysis
- Establish revenue and margin reports to create frequent and ad-hoc analysis
- Drive finance related improvement projects

**Your profile**:
- Higher degree in Accounting & Finance (BSc, eidg. Fachausweis or similar)- Proven experience in a similar role
- Fluent in German and English
