Junior Internal Auditor

The Internal Audit Dpt. of GF supports the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee in corporate financial management. We act independently and report directly to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Our mission is to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the operations of GF. We assist GF in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organization's governance, risk management and internal control systems. While doing so, the objective assessment of the operations is paramount. Join our team Active part of an internal audit team, participation in the planning and execution of financial, (cross-) functional, operational and compliance audits Compiling audit preparation documents for the Internal Audit team as well as monthly reporting of Internal Audit's KPIs Monitoring the implementation status of actions and measures that remediate or mitigate the risks identified in the course of internal audits Supporting the Head of Internal Audit as well as the Internal Audit team in quality assurance tasks and other topics such as ad-hoc analyses University or college degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology or similar Successfully completed internship(s) or previous working experience of up to 2 years (preferably in the area of Internal Audit, Finance, Controlling or similar) High interest to continuously learn and feeling comfortable with facing new challenges regularly Good communication skills in written and verbal form partnered with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach combined with analytical skills and proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Openness to foreign cultures, intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) Motivation to grow into a Finance, Controlling or permanent Internal Audit position **Benefits**: Clear vision and purpose "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
