Integration Architect

The (Application Services) Integration team as part of SIS is a product-focused organization with a customer-centric vision, which delivers and maintains best-of-class integration solutions for Sika Digital tools used at Corporate, Regional and Country levels. This multi-functional team is composed of experts from a variety of disciplines (Architecture, Project Management ) whose expertise is needed for the achievement of the goals of the team and SIS (Group IT department).

For our Integration team in Zurich-Altstetten or Madrid we are looking for a professional and highly technical **Integration Architect.**

**Exciting Challenges**
- Responsible for the Sika MuleSoft Integration Platform (SikaMIP) leveraging integration capabilities and Sika Security, Data Privacy & Compliance standards.
Design integration strategies & pattern designs and convert them into technical solution(s).
Guide Project Managers, IT Managers and Business stakeholders in terms of architectural and integration questions.
- Lead integration reviews of proposed solutions to ensure strategic and architectural alignment.
- Drive the selection process for next-generation integration components and solutions.

**We Need Your Skills**
- Strong knowledge of the MuleSoft Integration Platform (CloudHub, API Manager, RAML, Studio, etc.) and experience working in an Architect role.
- Deep understanding of middleware technologies, data standards (XML, JSON, CSV and SQL databases), integration patterns (ESB, EDA, JMS, SOAP/REST web services, etc.), and security protocols (Oauth2, Basic Auth, SAML, etc.).
Strong knowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, master data management, mining, cleansing, and security.
- Experience working with cloud, on-prem and hybrid solutions, in complex and agile environments.
- Experience using other API Management or Integration Platforms (e.g. SAP CPI, Dell Boomi) will be considered as an advantage.
- Software development experience in at least one backend technology (e.g. Java).
- Good understanding of Salesforce, SAP & Azure platforms.
