You'll join a high-performing cross-functional team at the centre of this transformation, ensuring seamless integration between existing and next-generation systems.Your MissionLead and support theevolution of enterprise architectureacross a mission-critical aviation environment.Drive thetransition from legacy systemsto the target-state AODB architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational continuity.Work closely withproject teams, architects, and stakeholdersto align technical delivery with strategic objectives.Facilitatearchitecture workshops, stakeholder meetings, and design sessions to steer technical alignment and buy-in.Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex architecture concepts into actionable solutions.What You Bring5+ years of proven experience as anEnterprise Architect, ideally within complex or regulated environments.TOGAF certification(multiple or advanced levels are highly regarded).Solid understanding ofenterprise architecture frameworksandsystem transformation methodologies.Experience inaviation, transport, or other mission-critical industriesis a strong advantage.Exceptionalcommunication and facilitation skills in German(must-have), with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.Analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and pragmatic execution.Why JoinThis is a rare opportunity to influence a high-impact aviation transformation from the ground up, working alongside experts in systems, data, and operations.
