**Job Description**:
**Scientist/Project Manager for Bioanalytics**

Our Company is offering an attractive position for a scientist with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in biochemical analytical methods to join our Biologics Analytical Department located in Lucerne/Schachen, Switzerland.

**Your main accountabilities include**:

- Planning and implementation of analytical projects conducted both, locally and in cooperation with international service providers.
- Executing analytical method qualifications and transfers between MSD sites and CROs.
- Writing technical protocols, reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.
- Second Scientist Review of analytical release and stability data in electronic laboratory notebooks, LIMS and in filing documents.
- Supporting the method development of cell-based bioassay as a GMP representative and QC expert.
- Initiating and leading bioassay lab investigations, change controls, deviations

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Biological Sciences, Master’s degree with 3+ years of industry experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Managing analytical projects in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry under GMP regulations.
- Experience with analytical method qualification/validation and method transfer.
- Hands-on experience with potency ELISAs or cell-based assays under GMP regulations.
- Experience in protein biochemistry and protein analytics/characterization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German.
- Strong team player, demonstrating mutual respect.
- Strong organizational skills.
