**Your responsibilities**:

- Build a deep fundamental knowledge around drug products/drug substances/novel excipients/novel modalities
- Perform, document, and review experiments
- Drive solutions to development challenges of drug products for small molecules/biologics/vaccines through active collaboration with cross functional project teams
- Develop and implement analytical methods utilized for both formulation development as well as methods for the release and shelf-life assessment of clinical supplies
- Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners
- Present results of experiments and innovation efforts to teams and internal governance bodies
Contribute towards regulatory submissions to enable clinical trials.
**Your Profile**:

- Ph.D. or Master's degree with 3+ years in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- Research experience in Analytical Chemistry and/or Pharmaceutical Sciences as well as sound chromatography expertise
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for laboratories (GMP)
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory, both with at least B2
- Thorough technical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated influencing skills and ability to efficiently work on cross-functional, cross-company, global teams
- Proven ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as excellent organizational skills
