The Opportunity Janssen Supply Chain is currently seeking to bring on board a high calibre Digital Data Owner to the S&D Digital function directly reporting to the Director Data Strategy The Digital Data Owner is a pivotal senior manager role at Janssen supply chain with strong visibility internally and as such the future leader will be expected to articulate and implement the vision for data strategy and build a best-in-class data-centric capabilities to drive effectiveness and business impact. As a proven leader in this field, the future leader will be expected to shape and grow the cutting edge and quality driven data analytics function to enhance its competitive advantage for Janssen Supply Chain. The function is deemed as a cornerstone to key business decisions at all levels within the organisation and will therefore benefit from strong investment to achieve its ambition. One of the main goals of the transformative Data Strategy function, will be to become a single point of contact for the JSC Partnership and External Supply (PES) and Value Chain Management (VCM) The role is already perceived as an incubator for innovation influencing the broader organization and has to be consider a key pivotal point in the Digital Operating Model. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide the single source of truth that can be shared across Janssen Supply Chain - Ensure consistent use and accessibility of curated data - Establish roadmap for the data assets and related business dependancy - Manage E2E data lineage, define the balance of service/effort for an optimal data pipeline. - Prioritize Data Assets and related data pipeline according to business priorities - Define cross system data strategy and Design Data granularity - Organize data into federated hierarchy and/or classes to reduce data complexity and to boost data agility - Design Data interoperability through global standardization while respecting autonomy of local business context. - Established processes to monitor data management - Coordinates Data Stewards providing Data oversight to Business Domain leaders - Assure the ability to extend and integrate with the enterprise ecosystem **Qualifications** - A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred. - Proven track-record in project team management or global/regional projects in supply chain function is required. - Excellent influencing skills, Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization - Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple stakeholders, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes. - Proven experience in the Digital and Analytics field and exposure to one or more Supply Chain functions (eg Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance) is required; understanding the linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Master-data is fundamental. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills is required. - Projects is global and may require travel to work with the business’ (up to 20%) **Primary Location** Switzerland-Zug-Zug - **Organization** Cilag GmbH International (8525) **Job Function** R&D **Requisition ID** 2206049430W
