Job description
- As the system-administrator at RADO, provide training, maintain the user-guidelines and support users in their daily business on request
- Maintain the database of Rado Point of Sales on RetailNet and monitor project type/data
- Monitor the system
- and security-settings of RetailNet
- When required, act as internal project lead for adaptations in the system
- Create and maintain the inventory items and update local currency on a monthly basis
- Responsible for cost monitoring and the cost wrap-up of completed retail projects
- Support the team leader by running reports, establishing statistics and provide data analysis when requested
- Responsible for the rollout of the upgrade to RetailNet 2.0 (a now fully internalized & more secure version of RetailNet), which includes monitoring the data migration as well as all changes & customizations required to adapt the rollout workflow.

**Administration & Stock Management**
- Maintain the inventory belonging to the Retail Development Team incl. stock analysis, replenishment and allocation through SAP
- Coordinate shipments for events to suppliers or clients (outbound/inbound)
- Responsible for the monthly purchase-order and re-invoicing-check in alignment with the accounting team

Profile
- highly flexible and proactive team player with excellent communication skills
- detail-oriented with ability to multi task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast moving environment

Professional requirements
- Degree in Project Management or Business Administration
- First professional experience in the same field
- acute visual awareness and visual flair for contemporary and attractive design solutions
- ability to lead independently a project from the start to the realization
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Good SAP knowledge

Languages
- Native language French or German with good knowledge of the other language as well as proficient in English
