Pour notre client dans le domaine du luxe, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Event Project Leader à 100% pour rejoindre les équipes en place.

**Responsabilités**:
Organiser, assister et conseiller des événements locaux et internationaux
Être le point de contact unique pour toutes les tâches liées aux événements
Coordonner toutes les tâches liées aux événements avec les parties prenantes concernées
Maintenir et développer des lignes directrices pour les événements et aider à leur mise en œuvre appropriée.
Être responsable du processus d'approbation des événements (incluant le budget et le concept)
Analyser les événements postérieurs, développer les meilleures pratiques
Gérer et être responsable du mobilier d'événement (contrôle des stocks, état du mobilier, coordination de l'expédition)
Assister les événements RP (support si nécessaire)
Organiser des événements gérés par l'ex-HQ (tennis, design, Design Awards, coups d'envoi internes, Ausblick)
Assister l'équipe VM dans la coordination des concepts d'événements créatifs et assurer leur mise en œuvre appropriée (focus ATL, nouveautés, thèmes spéciaux, etc.)
Gérer les cadeaux de marque, de la conception à la commande, en passant par la logistique, la communication et la livraison aux marchés.
Être responsable du calendrier marketing en cours, suivre de manière proactive les informations manquantes.
Collecter du contenu (vidéo/images) des marchés pour la vidéo de révision annuelle
Coopérer à divers projets
Responsabilité du (KV) stagiaire, de l'évaluation des performances, etc.

**Profil**:
Excellentes compétences en planification, organisation et communication
Joueur d'équipe proactif capable de travailler individuellement et en équipe
Une attitude positive et dynamique
Personnalité pratique
Solides compétences en gestion de projet
Capacité de résistance au stress, capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à respecter des délais serrés
Apprentissage commercial
Expérience en marketing et/ou dans un domaine similaire
Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office

**Langues**: Français ou allemand de langue maternelle, anglais courant
