**Vos tâches**
- Tu assures la direction stratégique de tes secteurs, y compris la planification et l’organisation de toutes les promotions.
- Tu évalues en permanence la situation commerciale, tu analyses les chiffres clés pertinents et tu en déduis des mesures d’amélioration concrètes.
- Tu diriges, motives et coaches les collaborateurs-trices et tu identifies et soutiens de manière ciblée les jeunes talents.
- Tu identifies les besoins locaux et saisonniers des clients, tu réalises des benchmarks internes et externes et tu mets en œuvre d’éventuelles optimisations.
- Tu veilles à ce qu’il y ait une communication et une collaboration actives avec le siège et les fournisseurs.
- Tu es responsable de la planification et de la mise en œuvre des objectifs budgétaires.
- Tu construis une équipe motivée, au service du client et performante.
- Tu garantis les structures quantitatives et qualitatives du personnel conformément à l’orientation stratégique.

**Vous apportez**
- Tu as de préférence accompli une formation de base dans le commerce de détail.
- Tu disposes d’une formation professionnelle supérieure avec un bagage en gestion d’entreprise.
- Tu as déjà acquis plusieurs années d’expérience professionnelle dans une activité équivalente incluant la gestion du personnel.
- La mode et ses tendances te passionnent.
- Tu as un esprit d’entreprise et de synthèse marqué.
- Tu aimes les tâches stratégiques et les évaluations (analyses ad hoc, KPI, etc.).
- Tu es capable de diriger ton équipe pour obtenir les résultats souhaités, de l’enthousiasmer grâce à tes qualités de coach et de la motiver durablement.
- Tu es innovant-e et tu aspires à relever de nouveaux défis.
- Tu dégages une énergie positive et tu as une apparence soignée.
- Tu parles couramment le français et tu connais de préférence une autre langue nationale.
