What is the role and company?
Join a top-tier consulting firm as a Finance Transformation Manager focused on Controlling and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Our firm covers both management and technical consulting, with a strong emphasis on Anaplan, SAP CO and SAP EPM technologies such as SAC and SAP BPC, but we are also open to OneStream, and related tools. This role is ideal for someone fluent in German and English, with experience working in Switzerland and a local network to leverage in finance transformation.
What will I be doing?
**Project Delivery**: leading and delivering major projects in the EPM and ERP Finance domains, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of finance technology solutions.
**Commercial Activities**: supporting commercial activities to grow the practice, including attending and running events, demonstrating new solutions to customers, and engaging in business development.
**Client Engagement**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on EPM and ERP solutions.
**Solution Design**: Design and architect EPM and ERP solutions that meet client needs and industry best practices.
**Networking**: Leverage your local network in Switzerland to drive finance transformation initiatives.
**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality EPM and ERP solutions.
**Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest developments in EPM and ERP technologies and best practices.
What profile will I require?
5+ years professional experience in consulting ideally with a focus on Controlling and EPM.
**Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of SAP EPM technologies (S/4 CO, SAC or SAP BPC), Anaplan, OneStream, and related tools.
**Language Skills**: Fluent in both German and English.
**Local Experience**: Ideally has worked in Switzerland and has a local network to leverage in finance transformation.
**Commercial Skills**: Proven ability to support commercial activities, including business development and client engagement.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Interpersonal Skills**: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
**Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
