**Hands-On Full Stack Architect (Freelances & Nearshoring)**

**Tâches principales**
- Guider les équipes dans l'analyse, le design et l’implémentation des besoins et à leur modélisation selon les techniques et standards de notre client.
- Garantir la cohérence de l'architecture globale du système d’information dans le respect des objectifs de l’entreprise, du domaine fonctionnel et en tenant compte des contraintes de risques, de coûts et de délais.
- Stimuler l’innovation par de la veille technique et de la communication transverse, ainsi que par l’orchestration ou la participation à des communautés de partage afin d’anticiper les besoins et faciliter le développement de nouveaux produits et services.
- Travailler étroitement avec les experts techniques, les architectes et les parties prenantes métier afin d’aligner les solutions techniques avec les besoins fonctionnels et les initiatives stratégiques.
- Promouvoir les pratiques et les designs architecturaux.
- Participer à l’implémentation de MVP, POC et accompagner les équipes de développement dans la réalisation des produits.
- Documenter et rechercher un consensus dans les décisions architecturales critiques et transmettre une vision d’architecture aux partenaires métier, aux équipes techniques et au management.

**Exigences techniques**
- Excellentes connaissances patterns architecturaux et Framework modernes (EDA, CQRS)
- Expertise éprouvée dans plusieurs domaines d’architecture clef (sécurité, cloud, données, logiciel, infrastructures, intégration, fonctionnel), connaissance des autres domaines d’architecture.
- Connaissance et pratique approfondie de l’écosystème cloud Azure.
- Connaissances de la norme FHIR, un plus.
- Connaissances de méthodologies facilitant le design de systèmes d’information (DDD, Event Storming, Design collaboratif, Design Thinking, etc.)

**Expérience préalable**
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en tant qu’architecte de systèmes d’information dans un environnement équivalent (Financier, Régulé, Audité) gérant des données sensibles, personnelles et/ou confidentielles.
- Expérience professionnelle éprouvée dans l’analyse et le design d’architectures.
- Connaissance approfondie du marché et des enjeux d’architecture des entreprises dans le domaine.

**Etudes & formations**
- Formation professionnelle supérieure (EPF, HES) ou jugée équivalente

**Langues**
- Francophone ou niveau de français C1
- Bonnes connaissances de l’anglais B2
