**Responsibilities**:

- In this position you are a key player for the Finance Team and report directly to the segment Finance VP
- You are responsible for various topics in financial controllig and planning
- You consolidate month-end closings and create detailed forecasts and budgets
- Ensure accuracy in all reported data from the various companies, from a timing and quality pespective
- Perform balance sheet reviews
- Working closely to support the integration and merger of newly acquired companies into the group
- Plan and execute mergers
- Coordinate various compliance activities (export control, anti-bribery and antitrust)
- Follow-up and support improvements based on inernal audit report

**Profile**:

- Bachelor or Master in Finance/Accounting or a comparable education
- Extensive experience in an international auditing firm or in a similar role at a large international company
- Very good knowledge of group closing processes and in-depth understanding of entity to consolidated reporting
- Good IFRS understanding
- Fluent in English
- HFM experience is an advantage
