We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Finance Controller to work closely with our CFO on all aspects of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory readiness. This is a hands-on opportunity to improve financial systems in one of Europe's most exciting Bitcoin companies.
**What You'll Do**:
- Drive financial operations, reporting, and internal controls related to finance.
- Lead financial closings, reconciliations, audits, and budget tracking.
- Manage external partners, including accountants and auditors.
- Optimize cash flow forecasting and financial documentation.
- Improve financial processes and implement tools for automation.
**What You Bring**:
- At least 3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or auditing.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in a financial institution or Fintech environment.
- Outstanding Excel skills, with proficiency in data analysis and modeling.
- Exceptional attention to detail and diligence in ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- A true self-starter mindset
- Interest in Bitcoin and AI is a plus.
