DePuy Synthes Inc. is recruiting for a **Distribution Requirements Lead **, located in **Zuchwil, Switzerland**

As a part of the Global planning team, you will support the supply network planning, distribution planning and inventory optimization processes from Primary to Market Hubs. You will facilitate the balancing of demand with supply to offer the best product availability with optimal inventory levels.

You will contribute and lead processes and assignments for the Supply Network Planning team and supports organizational objectives and business goals. Defines project terms to meet objectives and goals of the Supply Chain/Supply Network Planning area. Applies advanced knowledge of the Supply Network Planning field to establish best of class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish the strategic collaboration and future operating model with regional collaboration
- Drive distribution center inventory optimization and improve inventory visibility.
- Lead Global DRP replenishment planning strategy
- Coordinates processes and assignments for Supervisors and individual contributors to achieve supply goal
- Deliver the supply closed loop process robustness to enable supply communication through the translating the information between the demand and supply
- Deliver the improvement of supply reliability and customer satisfaction via STEM.
- Partner with Regional Planning/Marketing Team and other business partners on WW allocation plan in case of major base business supply constraints.
- Own Global performance metrics (Backorders, OTIF, Sets deployment, Inventory targets, Order Management, etc.)
- Drive Process Improvement initiatives and SOP and Work Instructions robustness
- Act as a single point of contact for regional connectivity & communication.
- Support the monthly Demand & Supply Reconciliation S&OP forums
- Support Weekly prioritization and Monthly Capacity Planning with primary DC
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team

**Education**:

- A minimum of a university/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- An advanced degree in Planning, Statistics or Engineering is preferred.
- APICS, Project Management would be an asset.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- At least 6 professional work experience in Planning (Demand, Supply, Inventory)
- Exceptional understanding of ERP systems (JDE, SAP) is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft excel and Power point.
- Experience with advanced planning tools (OMP) is preferred.
