**Your role**
- Are you a multitasker? Would you be solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot diverse portfolio of projects and events? We offer an attractive position for someone who can help us to:
- run global events from A to Z, both individually and as part of a team
- create new event concepts and implement them
- partner and collaborate with experts and colleagues across the organization
- manage external agencies on
- and off-events
- keep our sponsorship partners, colleagues and internal stakeholders up-to-date
- take on administrative tasks and strategic projects (like event measurement, team budgeting and finances or digital event tools)

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Client Experience Chapter within the Brand Activation, Sponsorship & Events team in Zurich. We create unique client events and experiences all over the world - mainly in the field of Formula One/motorsport, Art initiatives and sustainability. Working closely with other marketing, sponsorship and event teams across the organization and different time zones is our day-to-day work.

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- a university degree or equivalent diploma - with a focus on marketing, communication and/or hospitality
- 3 years’ professional experience in planning and executing different kinds of events
- a strong understanding of what it takes to run successful events with strong focus on client experience and hospitality
- the awareness of and acceptance for structures, regulations and hierarchies that exist within a large company
- a pro-active, positive attitude (you are always brimming with ideas)
- an open mind and interest for various sponsorship topics - not only F1 and Art

You are:
- able to run event projects independently, keeping contact with business partners
- able to hit deadlines, stay within budget and always exhibit an attention to detail
- a superior communicator, comfortable using a variety of channels both traditional and new
- fluent in English & German (written and spoken) - every other language is a big plus
- comfortable interacting and collaborating with colleagues at all levels
- a team player who is skilled in finding solutions
- assertive, organized and flexible
- happy to travel and have no problems to work under pressure and on weekends
