Responsibilities:

- Answer questions and solve customer problems
- Collaborate with colleagues
- Listen to customers
- Ensure quality follow-up
- Transfer requests to the different departments

Your skills:

- Experience in a similar position in customer relations
- You are solution-oriented
- Team player
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You are flexible and rigorous
- You have a sense of service
- You have a good command of computer tools
- German-French excellent level
