**The Role**

At BTS, we act as trusted advisors and support our customers with their large transformation projects both from a business perspective as well as the corresponding IT capabilities. Together we help customers in the private and public sector solve their most pressing digitization topics. In BTS you work with a variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary of highly motivated and experienced colleagues. You increase the customer’s value by:

- Developing and putting into practice business processes and IT-strategies towards a digital transformation
- Preparing investment decisions based on value assessments and detailed business case examinations
- Co-innovate with customers based on leading edge evolving technology
- Supporting large customer transformation processes as a trusted advisor

**Role Responsibilities**

We are looking for advisory minded colleagues with wide SAP product experience from a multi-national environment to guide executives and work as transformation advisors. As a BTS consultant, you advice customers on how to develop and implement business processes and IT strategies towards digital transformation.

Fluency in both English and German is required.

In addition to your knowledge of Industry and IT trends, you should have good business and process understanding. You will also have:

- Experience in self-managed project work at customer, with high focus on customer orientation
- The ability to think conceptually while focusing on quality and deliverables
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt in a new environment, where you can grow fast
- Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to design and prepare high-impact presentations
- Proven leadership skills in motivating teams and leading panels and discussions
- Can-do attitude
