**Power Platform Development Lead**:

We are the Power Platform team at ABB. With a mission to bring transformational low code technology into the vast and international landscape of the ABB group. With our deep domain expertise, we will empower ABB employees to solve business problems, automate processes and unleash the potential of Microsoft Power Platform across the group. As the Power Platform Development Lead, you are the lead authority in the area of development on Power Platform. You will work with the Platform Owner and Platform Lead Architect to design and oversee the creation of the governance tools that will enable us to fully manage the platform as it expands across our large 150000-person industrial company. You will ensure that solutions built on the platform adhere to the quality, security, and compliance that would be expected in such enterprise environment.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading a team of Power Platform developers and collaborate with other stakeholders.
- Establish a knowledge center and development support framework as part of a Centre of Excellence.
- Defining and enforcing the best practices and standards for Power Platform development
- Designing and developing the governance tools that will monitor, audit, and report on the Power Platform governance framework.
- Providing technical guidance and support to the Power Platform users and developers
- Work in a cross-discipline team, using agile development methodology that requires active participation in all team’s activities.
- Work in an international team and communicate in English on daily basis.

**Your background**:

- At least 10 years’ experience in IT in Enterprise Environments, 5 years of experience in Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
- Demonstrative experience of implementing both Business and platform Governance solutions based on Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Fusion development by integrating classic programing with Power Platform (Custom Connectors, Azure Services)
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Experience in working with the Power Platform Centre of Excellence
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for innovation and continuous learning
