To strengthen our production at our Murten site, and to supervise the work of our maintenance technician team, we are now looking for a highly qualified Maintenance Team Leader.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the maintenance team in the assembly area. Our maintenance technicians work in 4 shifts on a 24 hour / 7-day basis;- Set and communicate the right KPI's for the maintenance team;- Put in place the maintenance standards for the full automated assembly lines;- Define the information transfer between the different shifts in the maintenance team;- Close cooperation with the production and quality team leaders;- Train team members on the specific technical requirements of the assembly lines;- Lead continuous improvement projects in conjunction with the team members;- Monitor the spare parts stock for the assembly lines;- Define the shift plan of the team members.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrotechnical/automation engineering;- 5 to 10 years of experience in automation manufacturing, including 2 to 5 years in a team lead position;- Experience in leading a maintenance team as a direct superior;- Expertise and industry experience with automated assembly and manufacturing machines for large volume production;- Knowledge of electrical and control technology;- Basic knowledge of quality control processes;- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;- Fluent in German or French and preferably English as well.
