Dieses teilst du mit dem Restaurantmanagement und setzt es wirkungsvoll um. So bietest du mit dem ganzen Serviceteam echte Wow-Momente und machst unsere Gäste zu den Glücklichsten in der Schweiz. Erst wenn jeder Gast happy ist, bist auch du zufrieden.
**Aufgabenbereich**
Als Guest Experience Leader übernimmst du diese Verantwortung:

- Du bist der Gastgeber/die Gastgeberin im Restaurant: Begrüssung und aktiver Austausch mit den Gästen - immer mit dem Ziel, ein perfektes Restauranterlebnis zu bieten.
- Du bist der Qualitätsprofi: Umsetzung aller Standards für den besten Service, genussvolle Produkte und eine perfekte Restaurantatmosphäre.
- Du bist ein Multitalent: Service an den Tisch, an der Kasse sowie in der Küche - du fühlst dich auch hier am richtigen Platz, wenn das Team deinen Support braucht.
